You can place orders with money order, credit card and debit card both on Lazenzagarage.com and in our showrooms. Also, if you want to pay by cash or pos device, you can come to our showrooms and place an order. Cash payments are approved and processed within a maximum of 2 business days. Do not forget to ask for a receipt after making the payment!
You can pay in 2,3, 6, 9 and 12 installments with Bonus, World, Maximum, Axess, Paraf, Card Finans and Advantage credit cards.
You can shop with a credit card in single shots without interest. For other installment options, you can see the interest rates determined by the banks according to the order amount in the table below:

You have 30 days to change and return furniture! We are returning all products within this period, you only need to pay attention to three issues: - When the products sent as disassembled are installed, they are not included in the scope of change and return. - Changes and refunds are not made for the models produced specially for you in line with your requests such as different fabric cover, foot color, size, corner direction change. -Products that do not fit the dimensions of the house will not be returned. Therefore, before purchasing the product, you should consider whether the product can be transported in the apartment, will it fit in your room, or whether it passes through the door. You have 15 days for the exchange and return of kitchen, home decoration, home textile products, bathroom accessories, carpets and lighting. You can return or change the product within this period. But we have some conditions: First of all, the product should not be used and worn out, if it is in the electrical product group such as small household appliances, the protection band should not be opened and there should be no personalized products such as mattresses and pillows! Because we cannot provide the return of these products for hygienic reasons. To return the product that meets the conditions we specified, simply call our customer service. You can send the product in its original box and packaging with the code we will give you.
The type of delivery depends on the product you buy. We use cargo and transportation as delivery type.
You can easily see the production and shipping process of the product from the "My Account" section at the top right after logging in as a member. In addition, when the products delivered to the cargo are on their way for delivery, the name of our contracted cargo company and the cargo tracking number are sent to the e-mail address and phone you specified when ordering. With this number, you can easily track where the cargo is.
If there is an expression "Installation of this product is done completely free of charge by our professional teams" on the page of the product you want to buy, the installation service is performed free of charge by our expert team. However, if there is the statement "We deliver the product as disassembled", we cannot provide free installation service. We send all the parts you need together with the installation diagram so that you can install it easily. All you have to do is to install the product with pleasure. If you live in one of the provinces where our showrooms are located, you can purchase extra installation service. You can learn all the details from the installation service section.
We start preparing the product you ordered on the same day or the next day so that we can send you within the time we promised. Therefore, if you give up the product, you can cancel the order free of charge by sending an e-mail to [email protected] within 3 working days from the date you place the order.
